Vinification: The pressing is followed by a short cold maceration. Then soft crushing, dreining, cooling, cleaning, and finally storage of the grape in sterized tanks at a temperature of 0° C in order to avoid any alcoholic fermentation.
Storage: 6°C. In a cool location. Away from heat sources. After opening conserve in fridge and consume within 3 days.
Service: 2 – 4°C
Color: Light foam and rich perlage. The color is a greenish yellow crystalline.
Fragrance: Apple, white flowers and fresh grapes.
Taste: The leitmotif continues in the mouth with extreme freshness of fruit slightly sour, plums, green apple and white grape.
